our production process
step 1
Treehugger Frame™ starts with collecting waste material
step 2
We then ground this into smaller pieces.
step 3
The smaller pieces are melted, extruded, cooled and then chipped.
step 4
The chipped particles are blended together with other recycled post-consumer products.
step 5
Taking the blend we then melt this all together.
step 6
It is coated with a thin layer of pure polystyrene and the proper color, finish and design.
